A Fast and Easy Way to Create a System Repair Disc in Windows 7
Windows 7 offers an easy way to create a System Repair Disc—and
you can often do this without even using an installation disc. This is a great
option for situations when you don’t have an installation disc or the original
system manufacturer discs readily available. Click the Start button and then in
the “Search programs and files” box, type system repair disc and press enter.
This launches a simple tool that will create a bootable recovery disc. Note that
if all the necessary files are not available on your system, the tool may ask
for a Windows 7 installation disc. But in many scenarios, this will not be
required.
