A computer restart is required. you must restart the computer before continue installing HP Webjet admin

Cause: Running a windows 7 64 bit  & we are trying to install HP Web jetadmin 10.3. After executing the *.exe the installer run but does not complete.


Error Message:  " a computer restart is required. you must restart the computer before continue installing HP Webjet admin "


Resolution: -
 1. Try rebooting system once and check if it works or not
 2. Do  clean boot (Disabling startup items)

 3. Make sure .Net Framework 3.5 sp1  later is installed
 4. Try deleting the C:\windows\temp folder and C:\users\Jodoe\appdata\temp
 5.In the end Go to your registry editor and navigate to HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager and delete the multi-string value that is named PendingFileRenameOperations. That should resolve your issue.
